Soul Wisdom Drop: Light & Love - What does that even mean?

Do you doom scroll on social media like I find myself doing?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Do you make it wrong? (I have imperfectly laid off on doing this to myself over the years…I observe and adjust). Sometimes I come across amazing content that moves me into action. I came across a post during some morning doom scrolling of a woman I am connected with in Facebook - you can follow her on IG @thestephanyann - that asked “What does light and love mean to you? I keep seeing people say and write that.” I LOVE responding to questions that resonate and this one did. 😃 I share in this drop the higher wisdom response that came in and will allow me to be even more intentional in my use of these words/this greeting. I thought I would share that with you here friends to plant a seed and invite you to be more intentional 💕
